The Downsides of Exercising

I was putting a lot of time and effort into getting my body moving and it seems to have gotten the better of me. Yesterday, I got this twinge of pain in my foot while I was doing steps. I tried massaging and this technique of pushing away the negative energy I watched my ex bf do on me once. More with the pushing and less with the massaging, the pain went away for a little while. It persisted when I walked anywhere, though, and didn't seem to lessen that much when I wore comfortable shoes. When I woke up this morning, the pain was still there and I decided that it was best that I stayed up, stayed in bed, and kept off of it as long as possible. The pain has decreased now and it's just sore. :( I'm not sure what's up, if it's sprained, or there's a nerve thing going on, or something else entirely.

On top of that, my pedometer isn't working! :(

Where on your foot?

On the top of the middle of my foot, about two inches below my toes. Actually, that whole area below my toes, too.

pedometer

I love little girls, they make me feel so -- good! (Sorry, Oingo moment)

I hope you feel better soon :\ Did you take time off work because it was so bad or did you endure and stay in bed afterwards? Have you used a warm compress?
