Hey all! Kinda am expecting this post to extend into two posts because I am sooo tired right now. :(

I went to the event this evening, outside the Edison, in downtown LA.

brokenbacktango and I brought along Heather, a complete newbie to the Heroes fandom events in LA. What a doozy this one was: all of the actors were going to be there! Thought it was the best way to get her used to these things. Heh.

We got to the parking garage (free parking! Woot!) around 3:30. Before doing so, though, I saw my first Heroes poster on the street: Nathan!! *squee* On Spring Street (found later that many of the posters are on Spring). But seeing the one that means a great deal to me, and that hadn't been stolen or anything. Yes, this was a nice thing. I got the chance to see it like four more times before the night was over! So soon after arriving, met up with

cookie_simone and Loren. This is a great group. I like it a lot and hope we can do more activities together. All five of us have some incredible luck when it comes to actors, too. I love. <3

I met up with

hystericblue42 and Suzanne, who had someone with them that was a blast to the past for me: Kim! Here's one of my college friends, and someone I met through

scififreak. Well, it turns out that Suzanne had given Kim and...I think it's her sister-in-law...tickets because she had extra. And they had never met each other before, ever. So, yeah. Suzanne and Amy just saw them on the street. *L* Kim was best friends with

scififreak for years and had some crazy fandom exploits. I got a few with Kim myself, but it's been almost ten years. But Kim...I haven't seen her in about four years, so this was such a treat and, yeah, totally something that happens to me! LOL But, another funny is that Amy had told me that she wished

scififreak was coming and instead we got one of her best friends. I love the quirkiness of cosmic irony, which as of late I've begun calling Godsend thanks to

eriksavatar, cause, yeah, it is. *L*

And in perfect order, in the way that I do, I got another interview. This time it was with BBC Unmasked. Loren got one too. It was all very spiffy. Jen the Fangirl gets shown on TV in the UK! OMG! That will be tres awesome.

I saw

thelackey and

leadaisy for all of five seconds. We really need to do something together soon!

Both before and after the show, Loren played tour guide and we got to see some of the sights of Heroes, including where Sylar is eating his ice cream while watching Peter and Claire, Kirby Plaza (the "Double Ascension", which I've seen about five times now, three in person, but it never gets old), Nathan's office!!!! (Okay, it was Copy Kingdom, too, but it will always be Nathan's office to me, demmit), and I think that was it. Okay, but let's go there again: Nathan's office. *sighs* I love that building. Love all the scenes there, both inside and out. Those city scenes.

Ugh. I'm digressing. Sorry. *L*

So, the show itself. Was a lot of work. A lot of yelling and all of us lost our voices. Some of the people there were handing out posters (about five in all). I was given one, but when I saw what it was, I refused to hold it. It said "I shot Nathan" and...no. Just no! *L* I'm wearing my Vote Nathan Petrelli shirt and button. NO! LOL There are some pics of me showing some moral outrage to this, too.

I looove the setup of this. The bleachers where we sat was above the press, so we can see everything just fine. I love it! I wish this was how it was done at all red carpets. It's funny about where this red carpet was: in the parking lot behind an apartment building. We got people looking out their windows at us.

Now, I'm just gonna give some images that I saw--which is why I think there is going to be more than one post: I want to make a snippet and then clarify later.
