Don't they know we need our Heroes crack updated regularly?! I've just been grateful that I have friends who are in the know and post the good stuff on a daily basis. Wouldn't be able to get by without you, flist.

You do the speculatings! *L* I...I'm not so great at the speculatings. As I was telling Gossy, I'm all "OMG! AND THIS HAPPENED! AND THEN THAT! AND, OMG, I DIDN'T SEE THAT!!!" about that trailer. *L*

And you know, there's more to the Heroes happenings than that trailer. There's ADRIAN's vid, there's Comic Con coming up, there's Shore Leave last week which MALCOLM MCDOWELL attended and talked some about Heroes. Lots and lots and lots going on. I've been said that ninth_wonders hasn't been here to enjoy that. And there are those Slash awards going on right now, too! Good stuff in fic! I don't know how I came across that one Heroes/Supernatural crossover. That epic one. Damn. *L*

I found the entry on Urban Dictionary, but it doesn't say anything about the origin of the phrase.

Okay, this is why I don't read Urban Dictionary. They manage to make everything that can possibly be an insult into a racist, homophobic and/or sexist insult. Snowflake is just insulting because it's a sarcastic way of calling someone special, and as far as I know, it's sourced specifically back to sensitivity training and multiculturalism activities in school where everyone was told they are special like a snowflake. Fight Club, of course, also has a fairly strong influence.
