A Hero and His Hair - A Modern Fairy Tale

So it seems like my character is on crack...and I'm not sure if it's the good kind. In any case, in trying to pimp Peter's hair for a muse awards thingy, she actually pulled together something alltogether too brilliant as a retelling of the first season of Heroes.
