Looking For an Icon

I should just make a request for this heroes_icons or something, but I'm hoping someone here knows. I'm on the look out for the edit of Elle with the white shirt with a nifty quote about the Company. Something like "Company Girls do it better." There's also a real shirt like this you can buy...which I need to hunt down that link, too, but that's a different matter entirely. I really just want the icon! :D
