While on the 9th Wonders board today, I found a link to a Heroes ad that played with the show on Monday. It's unlike any other ad I've seen before for any show, but carries the major themes in the show (actually, it's reminicent of the Entertainment Weekly covers, but on TV). It's really, really indescrible, I think. Seen it a good twenty times now and I'm still left breathless after seeing it!! :D

It has no specific spoilers (though shows characters who may or may not be dead?), but carries on themes from season 1.

*giggles*

And it actually resembles the LOST S2 ad as created by Channel 4

Very pretty vid, but I prefer the Heroes one. *L* Heroes one is much more...erm, spiritual. *L* I don't know how to put it. But that Mohinder voice over. *sighs happily*

Have you read the new Ali/Sendhil interview?

Yeah I prefer the Heroes one now too, but I just think that's because I prefer Heroes over LOST these days.

No I haven't, but I've seen it though (I am at work now, so yeah...) is it interesting?

I think Heroes trumps Lost, even when Lost was good. *L*

There's a bit where Sendhil is all "Mohinder grew some balls this season and makes a 180 in his approach" or something to that effect. But definitely the growing of balls. LOL Go Sendhil. :D

*snort* Oh Sendhil, how I love thee

I guess it's true that Sylar made a mad out of Mohinder. *snickerfits* Wasn't there a Sylinder vid set to the song in Mulan that said as much? *L*

*snort* Fraser for the win! I've seen Mounties IRL but... they're just not Paul Gross lol

Hehe I don't even recall that quote, now it's even cooler my nickname is Turtle xD

Sadly no one is Paul Gross except Paul Gross.

I thought your name came form that quote. Well, it is still awesome, even if it is random.

Ray has a turtle. And they mention turtles a few times thruoghout the third and fourth season. Like that turtles and wolves are natural enemies.

And when they are on the plane over the ice field Fraser points out of the plane and says "Ray, look! Turtles!" and then pushes Ray out of the plane into the ice field.

I love this show so very much. :D

Nope, Turtle has just been my nickname for years and I added the Canadian part because I went backpacking through Canada for a year last year ;) (where I lived in the same city as Paul Gross for a while btw, but did not meet him, damnit! I did see some places they filmed Due South).

I love it too, but I don't have any of the later seasons on DVD so save the classic episodes like the one with Robert Mackenzie I haven't seen those seasons in years :(

Ok now I have "32 Down ont he Robert Mackenzie" stuck in my head LMAO

I am jealous that you got to do that. I want to go to Canada so badly.

Mountie on the Bounty must be my favourite episode ever. All the touching and punching. And buddy breathing! :D

Sorry for getting Paul's singing into your head.

*sings Riiiiiiiiiide Forever*

Not really helping here, huh?

*sings Kiss You 'til You Weep*

I seem to be mean today.

*takes a bow*

.........You can't keep horsemen in a cage
Should the angels call, well it's only then
I might pull in the reins!!!!!!!!!!!

Man Leslie Nielson was so awesome in there xD

My favourite episode is probably "Some Like it Red" and also "Call of the Wild" ♥ And of course "All the Queen's Horses" for aforementioned kick ass song

*makes note to dig up her Due South CD's tonight*

Leslie Nielson is totally awesome.

Have you seen "Men With Brooms"? The movie where Paul did everything?

I am so in love with "All the Queen's Horses" is great. I love when they fall asleep mid-song and then all wake up at the same time again and continue singing. :D

*puts iPod on DS6D playlist*

Yeah I have it on DVD, but I ddin't actually find it funny :| It's been a few years though since I've seen it, so I should watch it again xD

Have you seen Aspen Extreme? That one's brilliant.

I love everything about that episode rly, just so friggin hilarious.

Oh dude, I am so stupid, I have them on my iPod too! I just haven't listened to so many of my playlists for ages, I forget what it is I copied on there :$ Now I can listen to it when I drive home tonight after work :D I also really love Blue Rodeo's "Flying" from the first DS album. /random

I love it. But I totally love Paul's humour and imagining Callum as Lennox makes everything better for me. Plus, Paul is totally pretty and I like Leslie in it a lot.

Well, it is one of the most predictable movies ever, but it is Paul's baby. I just have to love it.

Have you seen Aspen Extreme? That one's brilliant.

You only say that because Paul gets naked. No, wait, he gets naked in MWB, too.

I prefer MWB, but I am easily convinced of the quality of something as long as Paul is in it. :D

Glad I could remind you of the lost playlists. ;)

Everyone should have a DS6D playlist. Canadian music rocks (Celine Dion does not make music). Canadian everything rocks.

Heroes is great love. So much great love. *sighs contently* Except in my dream. *L* I had a dream that I met the Kring and asked if he had any PA jobs available, to which he said yes and then gave me a job on the spot. I left completely overjoyed and thinking about how I was going to have to learn to drive. When I was on the street, this car pulled in front of me and the passenger pulled a gun on me--right as I slipped in a mud patch. This is when I woke up because the dog wanted to go outside!! :(
